FAQ’s

I like what I see now how do I book a portrait session with you?
You can either give me a call, shoot me an email or send me a message on my contact form. We will set up a time for your no obligation consultation to determine your portrait needs and wants. At the consultation we will set up a time for your portrait session.

I’m super busy. Do I need an in person consultation?
I believe in creating a personal relationship with you so you get the most out of your portraiture investment. I encourage an in person meeting however I know how busy life is and would be happy to do a phone consultation with you if that is more convenient.

How long will my portrait session last?
Your portrait session will last approximately about an hour depending on locations and how many clothing and background changes take place. Newborn session can take up to four hours so be prepared.

Does your session fee include any prints?
My session fee is for my time, preparation, thought and talent in creating your portraits, also for the viewing session. Prints, digital files, albums, canvases, etc. are extra. You will be able to view a complete price list at your consultation.

Do you have a studio or do I have to wait for summer to schedule my session?
Yes I have a studio, but I also do portrait sessions on location when it’s not so cold and wet or in your own home. Location portraits have a more relaxed, personal and casual look.

Do I get to choose my portrait session location or will you do that for me?
Of course I will make suggestions, but the decision for the location of you portrait session is yours.

What should I wear for my portraits?
For family portraits it’s best that everyone is dressed similarly and avoid bright colors, trendy fashion and large patterns. I have clothing suggestions HERE, or you can check out my Pinterest page for more ideas HERE.

Location sessions are $25 extra above my regular session fee and include any location within Clark County.

No. Your portraits will only be available to view at your viewing session. Please bring all parties involved in the ordering decision with you to your viewing session.
