Policies

STUDIO HOURS
I am available Tuesday thru Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 11am to 5pm. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
Please remember that the studio is by appointment only.

GUARANTEE:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your portraits from your session I will refund your total session fee. You are under no obligation to purchase anything ever.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any portraits purchased I will redo/replace your order. If your portraits fade, peel, delaminate or have any other defects or damages I will replace your portrait free of charge.

PAYMENTS:
Your session fee must be paid at the time you book your session to reserve your date. I accept cash, check or credit/debit cards.
I accept payments! Layaway payments can be made on any portrait orders! Contact me for details.

SESSION CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you need to cancel your session, your session fee will be refunded. Please try to give me 24 hours advanced notice upon cancellation. If you need to cancel, but want to reschedule your session please do so within 3 months of your original session date.

WEATHER:
I will photograph you on location rain or shine. This is the Pacific NW after all, rain is a fact of life here. Don’t be afraid of it, embrace the rain. Little ones with rain boots and umbrellas make the cutest portraits. There are also places to hide from the rain here and there on location. But if you feel you need to cancel your session due to the weather I will reschedule as soon as possible.

RETURNED CHECKS:
There is a $45 returned check fee on all checks returned to the bank.  If your check is returned for any reason you must pay your total amount + the return check fee by CASH only.
